Marketing Jam is a one-day case competition. In randomly assigned teams, college students assume the role of consultants to address a client’s real-world marketing problem.

• The winning team takes home a $2,000 scholarship to split
• The second-place team wins $250 to split plus each 2nd place team member receives an amazing water bottle with a connected Bluetooth speaker for any college party or event!

In four hours, teams complete a situation analysis, evaluate alternatives, and formulate a recommended action plan before presenting their work to a panel of marketing professionals serving as judges.

During the working session, teams have access to marketing professionals for advice and feedback. Students also have an opportunity to connect with AMA Triangle professionals in a speed networking session.
